Kamenoko Tawashi

Small Scrubbing Brush

In Stock
Since their creation by Mr Seizaemon Nishio in 1907, Kamenoko Tawashi brushes have been household staples throughout Japan. The story goes that Mr. Nishio thought the shape of his newly created brush resembled that of his son's pet turtle; the name of his company literally translates into 'turtle of child scrubber'.
Hand-woven in Japan from natural palm fibres, these durable scrubbers are excellent for cleaning dishes, pots, pans, and household objects, as well as for scrubbing vegetables.
